Time Ago Studio offers Mini Sessions, Full Sessions, and custom photography services. Session details, pricing, duration, and included deliverables are outlined on our Photography Services page or in an individually accepted proposal.
By completing a booking, the client agrees to the specific services and pricing selected at the time of reservation, along with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
A 50% booking retainer secures the date and time. It is non-refundable upon client cancellation except where required by law. The remaining balance must be paid before the session. Final images are withheld until payment is complete.
Requests must be submitted at least 7 calendar days (168 hours) before the session. Eligible retainers become credit toward one future booking within 12 months of the original session date, subject to availability. Price differences apply. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash. Requests within 7 days and no-shows receive no automatic credit; exceptions are discretionary. Unsafe weather allows rescheduling without losing the retainer. If Time Ago Studio cancels, clients may reschedule or receive a refund for services not provided. Applicable legal rights remain protected.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals reduce session time without automatic extensions. Additional time requires schedule availability and an approved fee.
One outfit and one location are included. Outfit changes, extra locations, and special styling requests require advance approval and may incur additional fees.

Mini includes 8 edited images; Full includes 15. Custom deliverables follow the accepted quote. Images are selected through a private gallery. Estimated delivery is 7–14 calendar days after image selection. Additional edited photographs cost extra, with pricing disclosed before purchase. RAW and unedited files are not provided. Extensive retouching may incur fees.
Time Ago Studio retains full copyright ownership of all photographs created during any session. Clients receive a personal licensing agreement to print and share images for non-commercial personal enjoyment.
