01. Download Your Memories

Use the private Pixieset link from your delivery email. Enter the password if required.

Tap the download icon to save individual photographs or the entire gallery, depending on permissions. Enter your download PIN if requested.

Select the highest available image resolution for the best quality.

IMPORTANT NOTE

REMINDER: Download your images promptly. Online galleries are not stored indefinitely.

Keep copies in at least two locations, such as your computer and iCloud, Google Drive, or an external drive.

On mobile, save images to Photos, Gallery, or Files. On a computer, organize them in a dedicated folder.

PRESERVATION GUIDE

Some memories deserve more than a place on your phone. Turn your favorite photographs into beautiful keepsakes.

Always print from your final high-resolution downloads, not screenshots or social media images.

4×6 inches for albums, 5×7 for small frames, 8×10 for portraits, and 11×14 or larger for wall art when resolution allows.

Different print sizes may crop your images. Always review the print preview before ordering.

Matte for a soft timeless look, lustre for subtle sheen, and glossy for a brighter finish.

Disable automatic color enhancements when available. Printed colors may vary depending on paper and printer.
